Visit INGID new website

The International Nursing Group for Immunodeficiencies (INGID) just launched a new website. This new platform is packed with educational materials that can be very helpful to nurses with an interest in immunology all around the world.

Visit www.INGID.org to find a vast range of materials on immunodeficiencies and their treatment options. “It is a source of educational resources for nurses in immunodeficiency, regardless of their starting point,” stated Amena Warner, INGID’s president. “Some of our members are very experienced, but others are new to the area and are in need of basic training. The platform caters to all members, linking to our accredited training course and making older resources of interest to our members more easily accessible.” INGID members can benefit from forum discussions, special teaching materials and e-learning courses. The website is also a good way to stay in touch with INGID latest activities, upcoming events, and worldwide contacts

About INGID

The International Nursing Group for Immunodeficiencies (INGID) was formed in 1994 by nurses working with children and adults diagnosed with primary immunodeficiency disorders. The group managed by a Board of experienced nurses in immunology who are volunteers elected at the biennial INGID conference. INGID aims to improve and extend the quality of nursing care of patients with primary immune deficiencies, and to increase the awareness and understanding of primary immunodeficiencies amongst nurses.
