Announcing the IPOPI Research Grant Programme
IPOPI is excited to launch its very first Research Grant Programme, aimed at advancing scientific and clinical research in the field of immunodeficiencies. With a total combined amount of €30,000 to fund a minimum of 4 projects, this initiative is set to fuel innovation and foster new discoveries in primary immunodeficiency (PID).
The IPOPI Research Grant Programme is designed to support projects that are patient-centred and knowledge-generating. A wide range of topics and disciplines will be considered, from fundamental to clinical research, including patient-derived studies, medical anthropology, health economics, and ethics.
Reflecting IPOPI’s global reach, the programme is open to researchers, clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, as well as patient organisations worldwide. Special encouragement is extended to applicants from low- and middle-income countries (LMIC), underscoring IPOPI’s commitment to fostering inclusive and diverse research efforts.
