Expand Your Knowledge of Secondary Immunodeficiencies
IPOPI hosted a Hard Talk on May 17 and explored secondary immunodeficiencies (SIDs) from both haematological and immunological angles, with 60 participants from 46 countries registered for the event.
Dr Nizar Mahlaoui, a paediatrician specialising in immuno-haematology at Necker-Enfants Malades University Hospital in Paris, and Dr Elena Cabezudo, a dedicated haematologist at the Catalan Institute of Oncology in Barcelona, Spain, delved into this subject, exploring the aetiology, clinical manifestations, management strategies and future perspectives of SIDs. An opportunity too good to miss!
