Germany – DSAI support for teenage patients
DSAI has started a new patient support project aimed at teenage primary immunodeficiency (PID) patients.
Two young DSAI patients, Hannah Dettmar (20 years old) and Mario Gründl (28 years old), have been appointed as contact partners for young PID patients in Germany.
For a teenager, talking about a medical condition is much easier with people of the same age and DSAI wishes to foster open conversations among its younger members.
Hannah and Mario are available through mobile phone, email and also through a WhatsApp group for information exchange and support.
