Argentina – Asociación de ayuda al paciente con Inmunodeficiencia Primaria – Report
From September to November 2021, the Argentine Association for the Aid of the Patient with Primary Immunodeficiency (AAPIDP) has carried on working towards raising awareness and divulging in formation on PIDs in our community.
The latest webinars and workshops on relevant topics for PID patients and their families were:
- Emotions, living together, and networks in the pandemic. Webinar by Lic. Florencia Ugo.
- Importance of health care access: exploring helpful tools. Webinar by Dr. Andrea Passodomo and Lic. Paola Cardillo.
- Gastrointestinal manifestations in PIDs. Webinar by Dr. María Josefina Etchevers and Lic. Valeria Baldomero.
- PIDs in the pandemic, how can we reconnect with face-to-face activities? Therapeutic workshop coordinated by Lic. Florencia Ugo.
These last three months AAPIDP has also engaged in an important campaign for raising awareness on the importance of donating blood and plasma.
