Argentina – AAPIDP launches a survey for PID patients

In December 2021 the Argentine Association for the Aid of the Patient with Primary Immunodeficiency (AAPIDP) launched an online survey for PID patients in Argentina.

The aim of this initiative was to learn about the PID community’s experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey was conducted with the hope that findings might help design and promote policies for improving living conditions for PID patients in Argentina.

Then in February 2022, Mrs. Roberta Anido de Pena, President of AAPIDP, participated in a wall painting journey organized by the Argentine Rare Diseases Federation (FADEPOF) in commemoration of the World Rare Disease Day.
