17th EU PID Forum on PIDs and Cancers coming up!
IPOPI is pleased to announce that the 17th EU PID Forum on “Primary Immunodeficiencies. Fighting Cancer” will take place on Thursday, April 22, 2021. The Forum will be co-hosted by two Members of the European Parliament: Ms Deirdre Dune (EPP, Ireland) and Ms Irena Joveva (Renew Europe, Slovenia).
For this Forum’s edition, we will count on high level speakers such as Prof Isabelle Meyts, ESID President, and Dr Fabian Hauck, from Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.
The relationship between cancer and Primary Immunodeficiencies (PIDs) is complex and for this reason, the 17th PID Forum will provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss specific considerations of PID patients when taking action on cancer care, prevention and treatment
