IPOPI Review of Activities and Achievements – 2015

IPOPI’s 2015 Review of Activities and Achievements was published over the summer and you can now read it online!
This report is a detailed overview of IPOPI’s key activities and work on behalf of the global PID patient community carried out in 2015, illustrating the most important events, campaigns and policy efforts. We hope you will enjoy reading about one of the most successful years for IPOPI to date.

Marcia Boyle, former IPOPI Board member, and President and Founder of the Immune Deficiency Foundation (USA) stated ‘I remember so well participating with patient representatives from just a handful of countries in Oxford, England in 1990 to discuss creating an international patient organisation for primary immunodeficiency, and in Lugano, Switzerland in 1992, where we voted to create IPOPI.  Today, to see what IPOPI has accomplished worldwide is breathtaking!  IPOPI is now represented by 59 countries,  across all continents, and has helped advance the understanding and treatment of primary immunodeficiency diseases globally in countless ways.’
